This super limited junmai nama genshu was brewed especially for our NamaFest! With each batch being different and bottled immediately after pressing with no pasteurization, no dilution, and no blending, the version being released for the event will be a surprise to us all. This sake is crisp, dry, and oh-so-fresh.
