Koshinohomare 90 Yellow Muroka Nama Genshu Junmai (BTL720ml)

This is a favorite at NamaFest every year. Using local, low-polish Hazuki Minori rice, this sake is juicy and full of white peach and luscious pears and very memorable. The low polishing ration results in uber umami, and a long finish. Heightened acidity and a slight effervescence reminds us of fresh-squeezed orange juice.
