In other words, this is the straight stuff. Get crystal-clear notes of mineral, lemon-lime, juicy-drippy black plum, and honeysuckle, with extra body from the higher ABV, thick texture, and a hint of effervescence reminiscent of ramune soda. Enjoy this with your favorite citrus salad, ahi poke, or beef tataki with ponzu if you're feeling frisky.
