A once-a-year release from one of our favorite breweries in Niigata, Kiminoi Shuzo's yamahai muroka nama genshu junmai ginjo is layered and complex with earthy flavors that highlight the crisp and clean flavors of Gohyakumangoku rice. Kiminoi specializes in yamahais and this one exhibits the acidity and depth you'd expect from sakes using this century-old starter method. We recommend this sake to white wine lovers who crave minerality, acidity, and refreshing flavors.
